04Our approach
Commercial lighting affects energy use, visibility, comfort and the way a space performs. We assess the existing environment and develop a considered upgrade that balances efficiency with the practical needs of the people using it.
Victorian Energy Upgrades
Eligible commercial LED lighting projects can receive substantial support through the Victorian Energy Upgrades program—often covering around 50–90% of the upgrade cost. Future Electrify specialises in helping businesses access these subsidies and applies the benefit upfront.
Actual subsidy values and eligibility vary according to the existing lighting, approved replacement products, site requirements and prevailing certificate values.
What we consider
A practical assessment of the current installation, space and operational requirements.
Lighting choices shaped around how each area is used—not simply a one-for-one replacement.
A clear pathway that considers performance, energy use and disruption to operations.
What it can deliver
Efficient LED products use less electricity and generally require fewer lamp replacements than legacy lighting.
A fit-for-purpose design can improve visibility, consistency and comfort throughout the site.
Delivery can be planned around access, trading hours, safety requirements and sensitive operating environments.
We manage eligible VEU documentation and apply the subsidy upfront, leaving you to pay the reduced project price.
