Victorian Energy Upgrades
Victorian households replacing an eligible inefficient electric or gas hot water system may qualify for a Victorian Energy Upgrades discount when an approved product and program pathway are used.
Discount values change with certificate calculations and program settings. Eligibility and the final amount are confirmed before installation.
Solar Victoria hot water rebate
Solar Victoria currently provides a rebate of up to $1,000 for eligible heat pump products, or up to $1,400 for eligible locally made products. The rebate is calculated after other discounts and is capped at 50% of the remaining product purchase price.
Solar Victoria approval and current program conditions apply. Emergency replacement provisions differ from the standard pre-approval process.
